Clermont Hotel Group (CHG), one of London’s leading hotel operators, has appointed Andy Goss as group director of food and beverage. Andy joins from HMSHost International, where he was responsible for over 20 owned and franchised concepts across multiple UK travel centres, and brings over 25 years of industry experience, including 16 years in senior commercial roles.

Andy will lead CHG’s food and beverage strategy across its 14 hotels, including several in-house properties such as The Soak, Vicinity, Aviator Sports Bar and Restaurant and VU from The Tower, as the group continues to diversify its offering to meet the needs of the modern traveller. CHG recently announced a long-term multi-partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, adding one of the world’s most recognized culinary brands to its portfolio.

This partnership forms part of CHG’s continued investment in its food and beverage offering to ensure there are ‘spaces for everyone’ across the portfolio to strengthen the guest experience and deliver personalized and memorable stays.
